Pak 234 Terms and Conditions – Full Rules for Pakistani Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pak 234 — whether through the website at pak234.im, through any mobile browser interface or through any officially distributed application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pak 234. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by pak 234, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, crash games such as Aviator, fishing arcade games, esports betting and all promotional offers. Use of any individual product or feature on pak 234 constitutes acceptance of these terms as they relate to that product.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pak 234 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of pak 234 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from pak 234 or had an account closed for violations of these terms.

Pak 234 relies on the information you provide during registration to confirm eligibility. If you provide false information to gain access to the platform, pak 234 reserves the right to close your account, void all bets and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

You may hold one and only one account on pak 234. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device or the same payment method — is a breach of these terms. Pak 234 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all accounts involved, forfeiting any balances, upon detection.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Pak 234 will never ask for your password via chat or email. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support at support@pak234.im immediately.

Pak 234 may request identity verification at any point, including at account opening, before processing a withdrawal or following unusual account activity. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be suspended until verification is completed.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts result in all balances being forfeited.
• You must provide a working Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification.
• Account information must be kept current — notify pak 234 promptly of any changes.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, whether by you or by any third party who has accessed your credentials.
• Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. A dormancy fee of Rs 100 per month may apply to dormant accounts with a remaining balance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pak 234 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pak 234 does not impose any platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge standard transaction fees that are outside pak 234's control.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your pak 234 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on your account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all members regardless of VIP tier. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes under normal conditions:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: within 10–30 minutes during business hours
• NayaPay and SadaPay: within 15–45 minutes during business hours
• Bank IBFT: 1–4 business hours depending on receiving bank
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days

Pak 234 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during such checks. If verification is not completed within 14 days of being requested, the withdrawal may be cancelled and the funds returned to your pak 234 wallet.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Pak 234 regularly offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing members. All promotions on pak 234 are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms displayed alongside the individual promotion. You should read all applicable terms before claiming any bonus.

Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement is the multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement requires Rs 25,000 of qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus is released.

• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds unless the promotion explicitly states "no wagering".
• Weekly cashback credits carry no wagering requirement and are paid directly to your withdrawable wallet.
• All sections of pak 234 — sports, casino, Aviator, fishing games and card games — contribute 100% to bonus wagering unless otherwise stated in supplementary promotion terms.
• Sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 to qualify for wagering contribution.
• Bonuses have expiry periods stated at the time of claiming. Uncleared bonus balances are forfeited after expiry.
• Only one deposit bonus may be active at any time. Non-deposit bonuses such as daily free bullets and cashback run independently and do not block a deposit bonus.
• Pak 234 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear a bonus.

Promotional offers on pak 234 are intended for genuine recreational players. Any systematic exploitation of promotions — including multi-account bonus claiming, coordinated abuse or patterns that suggest the primary purpose of a deposit is to claim a bonus — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pak 234 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless a market has been suspended or declared void by pak 234 under the circumstances described below. It is your responsibility to ensure bets are placed correctly before confirming.

Pak 234 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed after the event outcome was known (late betting).
• An obvious pricing error occurred — where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• The event was cancelled, abandoned, or interrupted in a way that prevents a natural conclusion under the applicable sports rules.
• There is evidence that the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing or any form of event manipulation.
• A technical fault on pak 234's systems caused the bet to be recorded incorrectly.

In-play betting on cricket and other sports is available on pak 234 subject to market availability. In-play bets are particularly time-sensitive. Pak 234 uses the latest available data feeds but accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was stale at the time of placement due to feed delays. Members should be aware that TV broadcast delays mean on-screen action may lag real-time data by 30–60 seconds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak 234. Any member found to be engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one pak 234 account simultaneously or in succession after account closure.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets or access data.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, or other technology to mask your true location or identity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using another person's payment method or financial credentials to fund your account.
• Placing bets using funds that are proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering).
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any form of communication intended to harass, threaten or abuse pak 234 staff or other members.
• Attempting to access pak 234's systems, databases or back-end infrastructure without authorisation.

Pak 234 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited activities involve potential criminal conduct, pak 234 will share relevant account information and transaction records with the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the member.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Pak 234 may suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to pak 234 or other members.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any funds held in the account — including both main wallet and bonus wallet — may be forfeited at pak 234's discretion pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any forfeitures will be reversed and the account reinstated or funds returned.

You may close your pak 234 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, all active bets will be settled in the normal manner. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

Pak 234 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity and we provide a range of tools to help members stay in control of their play. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately with no approval or waiting period required:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on pak 234 — including but not limited to the logo, interface design, game graphics, text, odds data, promotional materials, icons, and software — is the intellectual property of pak 234 or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, copying or commercial use of any pak 234 content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the pak 234 brand name, logo or any associated marks in any way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation with pak 234 without prior written approval. This includes use in social media, websites, printed materials or any other medium.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pak 234 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, pak 234 makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times.

Pak 234's liability to any individual member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12-month period preceding the claim, excluding any bonus amounts. Pak 234 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.

Pak 234 is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from incorrect bets placed by the member.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Platform downtime caused by factors outside pak 234's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Pak 234 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could significantly affect your rights or obligations as a member — pak 234 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms or formatting changes may be made without prior notice. The "effective date" shown at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent version of these terms came into force.

Continued use of pak 234 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date. Any bets already placed and any bonuses already claimed under the previous terms will continue to be settled under those terms where they remain active.
